ANIE only knows your ERP data. It doesn't access your email, your calendar, or other systems. And we never use your data to train models.
What people ask us most about ANIE.
Does it understand my catalog and my customers?+
Yes. During onboarding ANIE indexes your catalogs. After 2-3 days it starts disambiguating names ("which García?" stops being a problem).
What if I ask something it doesn't know?+
It tells you "I don't have that data" instead of making it up. If the data exists in your ERP but it isn't indexing it, you report it and we fine-tune.
Can it be wrong?+
Answers come directly from queries to your ERP - the numbers are the same you'd see in a report. Where it can slip is interpreting the question, which is why it always shows the source.
Can I keep it read-only and turn off actions?+
Yes. By default ANIE is read-only. Actions (reminders, etc.) are enabled separately.
Can other people in my company use it?+
Yes, depending on the plan. You grant access by role (sales sees only sales) or without restrictions. Each user talks from their own WhatsApp.
