Do I have to switch ERPs?+
No. ERPxtender lives on top of the ERP you already use. We connect it, we don't replace it. If you disconnect it tomorrow, your ERP is exactly as it was.
Does it work with on-premise ERPs?+
Yes. For local systems like CONTPAQi we use an outbound-only worker - no open ports or VPN.
My ERP isn't on the list?+
The core is designed to add connectors. Tell us which one you use (Microsip, SICAR, Aspel...) and we'll evaluate it.
Where does my data live?+
In your own database, which we give you direct access to. You can export it whenever you want, no lock-in.
How long until it's ready?+
On cloud ERPs (Bind, Siigo) the connection is immediate with your API key. On on-premise ERPs (CONTPAQi, local SAP) the slowest part is usually getting server access to install the worker. The sync usually takes minutes; for companies with a lot of history, a few hours.
