What it's for

The data is yours. Use it wherever you want.

Direct Connection opens the synced copy of your ERP so you can use it with the tools you already know.

Your own database, always up to date

It's not an export that gets stale: it's a live replica of your ERP that syncs on its own. Query it whenever you want, with fresh data.

The BI you already use

Point Power BI, Metabase, Tableau or Looker at your database and build the dashboards your team needs - with no middlemen.

Export and take your data

Pull it into Excel, back it up in full or move it wherever you want. It's your information; our job is to help you use it, not to hold it.

Build on top

Have a dev or a technical firm? Let them query directly with SQL and build automations or apps on top of your real data.

Your data, your rules

Full access, full control.

Your own credentials

You control access to your database. You generate them and revoke them whenever you want.

Read-only by default

The connection queries your data; it doesn't write to your ERP or alter it.

No lock-ins

If you leave, you take your database with you. We don't hold your information or use it to train models.

FAQ

About Direct Connection.

What kind of database is it?+

A relational replica of your ERP that we keep in sync. We give you read-only credentials to connect via SQL or from your BI.

Does it work with my ERP?+

Yes. Direct Connection is agnostic - on Bind, Siigo, CONTPAQi or SAP B1, the copy lives the same in your database.

Is it the same as MCP?+

They're complementary: Direct Connection is for your tools (BI, Excel, code); MCP exposes that data as tools for AI agents like Claude.

Can it write to my ERP?+

No. By default it's read-only. Sync goes one way: from your ERP to your database.
